"Over 10 years I have used this office for my house insurance. Recently the house was affected by Hurricane Helene and had to do a claim. Ms. Leslie and Mr. Smith have worked diligently to assist with my claim thru the State Farm claim department. I did not receive a total recovery reimbursement cost for my loss, but felt was treated with respect and the local office did a tremendous job making sure my claim received priority. Payment was made promptly after my claim and the adjuster made a fair evaluation of my roof which he provided sufficient payment for total replacement.
